1.1 Us refers to the Lets Talk Careers brand and the owner of the website, Aaron Thorpe.
1.2 You refers to the company with an account on the LetsTalkCareers.co.uk website along with any staff members that work for, or on behalf of, that company.

2.1 This agreement is to outline the terms and conditions of a company posting jobs on this site.
2.2 These terms and conditions can be changed by us at any time. We will endeavour to notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions as soon as practically possible.
2.3 These terms and conditions must be agreed to by you before any account on our website is created and before any jobs can be posted.
2.4 The site is an advertising platform for job postings. At no point are we acting a recruitment agency and do not hold any information about job seekers.
2.5 The acceptance of these terms and conditions will be required to create an account through the site.
2.6 The acceptance by you of any changes to these terms and conditions will be assumed by us through continued job postings on the site after we have made you aware of any changes to these terms and conditions.
3.1 To create an account on the site, the full form needs to be completed with accurate information by you.
3.2 You can change any of the information we have on you at any time by contacting us. We will make any amendments to your account with 5 business days.
3.3 It is required that you upload your company logo as part of this form. This logo will be used on any job postings on the site as well as other areas of the site, such as the home page, at our discretion.
3.4 We retain the right to use any uploaded company logos on external advertising including social media.
3.5 Once the sign-up form has been completed, we will be in touch either by email or phone to confirm that the person creating the account is associated with the company.
3.6 Once confirmed, a generated password will be sent out to the email address you provided to login to your online account.
4.1 To post on job on the site, you will need to have an account on the site (see above).
4.2 To post a job, login to the portal through the login page of the site. Locate the job posting form.
4.3 The job posting form will need to be completed as fully as possible. This includes information such as job title, salary range, and location.
4.4 A job posting should be advertising no more than one job role. The advertised job role may be recruiting multiple staff members for the one role. For example, one job post may hire 3 Cleaners although if you wish to recruit a Cleaner and a Caretaker, these will require two different job postings.
4.5 By posting a job, you agree to the payment amount outlined on the website at the time of posting. If you are unsure of the cost of a previously submitted advert, please get in touch with us and we will let you know.
4.6 We agree to keep the job posting on our website for the agreed amount of time.
4.7 We reserve the right to make amendments to the job posting. All amendments will be communicated to you.
4.8 We reserve the right to promote the job through external means, such as social media, at local job fairs, or through paid advertising. This includes the use of all texts used on the job post including the job description, location, salary rage, and application information.
4.9 Any breaches by you to these terms could result in the job post being removed from the site. You will still be charged for the post.
4.10 We will make every effort to contact you about breaches to these terms and conditions and try to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
4.11 All job postings must comply to UK law, including the Equality Act 2010, Employment Rights Act 1996, and, if applicable, Employment Agencies Act 1973.
4.12 We do not accept any applications through the site. All applications must be made using a different method. This could be through phone contact, email address, or another website.
5.1 If you post a job on the site, you agree to pay the agreed amount from the time of posting.
5.2 An invoice will be raised once per month for all of the jobs posted by you in the previous month.
5.3 Any requested payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice being submitted.
5.4 If you fail to pay the invoiced amount within the time limit, we reserve the right to suspend your account as well as remove active job posts from the site.
6.1 You are responsible for the content within any job postings including any supporting texts.
6.2 You are responsible for completing any and all required checks for candidates for the job including right to work, medical, and DBS checks.
6.3 We reserve the right to remove any job posting without any reason and at any time. We will normally only do this if we find a post that we consider illegal, inappropriate, fraudulent, requests application fees from the applicant, or a post that advertises
6.4 We reserve the right to suspend any account without any reason and at any time. We will normally only do this through multiple breaches of these terms and conditions, or if one breach is sufficient to warrant this action. We reserve the right to deem what is a sufficient breach.
